We did it! 

I want to thank you for your tremendous support, friendship, and encouragement of my campaign for city council.  Without your support, and that of my family, the last several months would have been long and lonely.

I am very honored and proud to have earned the trust, and confidence of the voters of Redwood City, and I look forward to rolling up my sleeves, and begin to tackle the many challenges and opportunities that we have in front of us, and there are several.  We need to tackle these challenges together – they will likely have an impact on our quality of life in Redwood City.  I have a request for you - please stay engaged, stay in touch, and let me know of your concerns and thoughts.  I want to know what is on your mind.

On November 30, 2009, I hope that you will join met at City Hall for a special city council meeting honoring Jim Hartnett and Diane Howard for their 16 years of commitment and service to our community. Their leadership will leave a lasting legacy in our city for many years.

Please join me on Monday, December 7, 2009 at City Hall, 7:00 pm when I will take the oath of office.
